Task Welding was established in 1979. Since then, Task Welding has changed and outgrown its premises in Titchfield 91’ moving to new premises in Portsmouth Hilsea.
The core focus of our company is working to global quality standards, our specialist welding service is internationally renowned for its skills, and our welding facility has a large range of procedures built up over many years which allows us to undertake many critical tasks to suit every type of sub-contract welding job.
Our Qualifications
- A wide-ranging suite of WPQRs/ WPSs to ASME 1X, ISO 15614-1, ISO 15614-2, ISO 15614-7, AWS D1.1 and NORSOK
- Welders are qualified to ASME 1X, EN 287-1, 9606-2, AWS D1.1 and NORSOK
- Processes used include TIG, MIG, MAG, FCAW and MMA
- Welding capabilities including carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex, super duplex, RQT, aluminium and titanium
